These 2 Mbit/s links from the same physical location as an In Span Interconnect Point of Connection and a designated premises may only be purchased by Public Telecommunications Operators (PTO) as defined in Section 9(3) of the Telecommunications Act 1984. Such Operators must, prior to BT accepting an order for service have entered into an interconnect agreement with BT governing the provision of the physical elements which are a necessary precondition for this service which is provided under BT's Conditions for Private Service, subject to the amendments detailed in this Section.

Conditions for Private Service references to Customer Premises and Customer Equipment include premises and equipment of those to whom the PTO provides service.

The level of ServiceCare shall be TotalCare as defined in Section 14, Part 1

The bandwidth from these links may be combined with MegaStream bandwidth for inclusion in the MegaStream Digital Discount Option (see Section 12, Part 8).
