Service at Non Served Premises (NSP) is available to all Customers requiring applicable circuits including: PSTN lines and ISDN2/2e lines. BT Highway Lines, FeatureLines, FeatureNet Embark, Telex, Securestream 300, Analogue Private Circuits, FBS, FeatureNet, Kilostream and KilostreamN circuits, and any variants subject to demand are also available at NSP.

• -NSP provision is not available on Low Loss or DDI Lines.
• -Only standard service is available on NSP (e.g discount packages are not available).
• -Prompt Care is not available on ISDN2/2e.

Standard service only is available on PSTN lines. Temporary Service may be provided.
