RECONCILIATION CHARGES AND RULES |
A reconciliation charge as detailed below will apply in the following circumstances: |
1. Customer Does Not Achieve the Adjusted Committed Spend |
On the Spend Measurement Date, BT will measure the Customer's Total Contributory Spend against the Adjusted Committed Spend. If the Total Contributory Spend is less than the Adjusted Committed Spend, the Customer will pay a reconciliation charge. |
The reconciliation charge will be invoiced after the spend measurement date of the Contract against the Customer's nominated account. |
2. Termination before the End of the Minimum Period |
Where the Customer terminates the Contract before the end of the Minimum Period and before reaching the Adjusted Committed Spend due over the Minimum Period, the Customer will pay a reconciliation charge. |
This payment will be invoiced after cessation of the Contract against the Customer's nominated account. |
Reconciliation Rules |
The reconciliation charge will be 20% of the difference between the Adjusted Committed Spend due over the Minimum Period and the Total Contributory Spend. All reconciliation charges which are below £10.00 will be waived off by BT. |
MIGRATION RULES |
Customers may, during a Minimum Period, apply for a move to: |
(a) an equal or higher Committed Spend and provided that the Customer has achieved the pro-rata Adjusted Committed Spend, no reconciliation charge will apply; or |
(b) a lower Committed Spend, however the reconciliation rules above will apply and a reconciliation charge may be payable. |
In both (a) and (b) above the Minimum Period will be superseded by a new Minimum Period as follows: |
|
Spend under the superseded Minimum Period will not count towards the Committed Spend for the new Minimum Period. |
(c) another BT package without incurring reconciliation charges provided that the Customer has achieved the pro-rata Adjusted Committed Spend under the BT Accumulate Contract and the contract for the new package has: |
(i) an equivalent or greater initial Minimum Period (24 months); and |
(ii) the same or greater Committed Spend; and |
