You can log in with your BT ID to track all your recent orders. Your BT ID is usually your email address.
If you are a new BT customer, you may need to activate your BT ID first. Check your emails and look for an email asking you to activate.
Alternatively, you can enter your order reference number and postcode. When you placed your order, we will have sent you an email or letter with the order reference number.
It may take a short while for your order to register in our systems so please try again later if your reference number is not recognised.
