Add-ons give you access to additional services at better value than standard rates. These could be packages of call minutes, messages, mobile data, or any other services you can buy in addition to your plan.

The prices of some of our add-ons will be increasing by 5% from 31 March 2026.

To see details of any active add-ons you may have, you can check your latest bill in MyBT or see the full list of add-ons and charges.

As part of your landline calling plan, or BT mobile plan, you’ll have an allowance for calls, texts and/or data. There are restrictions on where and how you can use your allowance. For example, calls are restricted to UK mobile networks and UK landlines starting with 01, 02 or 03.

If you’re on a landline pay-as-you-go calling plan or mobile plan, and there are restrictions, you’ll be charged our standard rates if you go outside of these restrictions. These are what we call ‘out-of-bundle charges’.

Some of these charges will be increasing by 5% from 31 March 2026.

You can find the full list of out-of-bundle charges here.

We’ve excluded some out-of-bundle charges and add-ons, either for regulatory or customer service reasons.
